Cant get past the blue cinematic part before menu
Launched game earlier and played the prologue with the tank/airplane. Tried starting game again later this evening been on the blue cinematic screen for 30minutes cant do anything any suggestions?

please try to switch over to DX11, if you have your DX12 enable.

I cannot get into the game to do that. I have rolled back the graphics driver but not sure how I can change the game from using directx 12 to 11. I have checked the PROF SAV file also and auto detect is at 0

Hey there,
I jhad exactly the same problem and fixed it by changing back to DX 11 via the config file. Here you go:
Go to: Documents\Battlefield V\settings |
Open file: PROFSAVE_profile (notepad/wordpad) and change line: GstRender.Dx12Enabled 0 (0=DX11, 1=DX12)
- ApprovedI deleted all the files in the settings folder then repaired and file checked. Now it runs perfect. 🙂
