Can't join Games Error Code 1 & 2

When I simply click play to match make it never leads me into a game if I go into advanced search it does not show ping or connection strength but does load me in i have reinstalled windows my gpu drivers twice and the game twice 

For several days i can´t connect to ea servers on my play 4 , not able to do it on battlefield 1 and 5

I recently tried to get back into battlefield V and it won’t connect.  Did all the previous trouble shooting and restarting console, removing the game and redownload the game itself and nothing.  Can’t contact EA cause the website is not user friendly and no direct contact with anyone.  Need help please

I have high ping on both games, its almost the same. when I first got the game this wasn't a thing, it worked normally but after like 2 weeks (after getting the game) I joined and my ping is 200-400ms in my region which is EU.

1- I tried changing my IP in the same region: didn't work
2- I changed my DNS more than once while flushing the old ones that I had before: didn't work
3- I used VPN and tried connecting from different region: didn't work
4- I checked the files integrity just in case something missing: obviously didn't work 
5- I checked if any other program using my internet while I'm in game (in case u think is OneDrive) : No nothing was running, the internet was fully directed to the game

That means the problem is not from my internet/network. its like the game instead of connecting me directly to the server, it's taking me in a trip around the world then connecting me or something. like I HAVE NO IDEA why is this happening.
So please if anyone had this problem and fixed it or knows how to fix it, help me please.

PS: I have less ping in NA than I have in my region. peak comedy 🙂
