Re: Not receiving company coins upon level-up

ElliotLH​ I bought the game a few days ago I’m level 18 but I also realized I’ve only been receiving coins from like a challenges. I’ve not gotten any coins from the rank cup system. I should have like more than 6000 by now and it’s really bugging me because I want to upgrade my guns and if I go above level 21 then that’s still quite like some gameplay far away and I need to level up so can you please help me if they fix this glitch already or if there’s a way to fix it or something like that

    Hi tomato_potato04​,

    This isn't something I can fix I'm afraid as I don't know a way around the bug. You could try talking to EA Help at help.ea.com, but I don't know what options they have available, unfortunately. It may be that you'll just have to wait until after ranking 21. 

    Also, I've split your comment from an old thread and have moved it here.

    ElliotLH​  so once I reach level 21 I should start getting all my company coins right and I’m guessing that the all the previous rewards I just won’t get?

    And as of now I’m still connecting to an advisor in tue ea help

    Yes, that's right. After rank 21 they should be awarded as expected. You're also potentially right that the missing ones may not be awarded, unless the agent is able to provide them.
