Summarize your bug I can't move or do anything while spawned in. I see the mouse cursor and I can move it, but after I spawn in, the keyboard keys do nothing. ESC won't work to pull up menu. My character is doing nothing. I can type and press enter, messages get put into chat, but the game is still inaccessible.

What happens when the bug occurs? You can't control your character, mouse cursor appears, nothing can be done except to deploy from deploy screen.
What should be happening instead? You should be able to play the game.
