Can't pick up the weapon, ammunition or whatever when you open supply or boxes

I've locked this thread as it hasn't been active for a few years until recently.

However, anyone who wants to continue the discussion is most welcome to create a new thread. 

for me the issue is in bf v but i realised its just whatever ur reload button is set too. i have it on my mouse button so no icon appears, but being close enough that the weapon name appears and holding reload always works

It does not always happen, as it says in the report it is occasional, that is, it does not happen with all the articles. It's like some of they stay under the floor and the surface. You can see the article but you can pick it up. It also happens to all the people with whom I play in firestorm. The only way to release them (sometimes) is to throw away some explosive. So it's not a matter of reinstalling or repairing corrupted files. It is a bug.

Weird you're not able to pick anything up. Try right-clicking on the game and select "Repair" before launch it to see if that patches any corrupted files. 

Super basic step and sometimes it's overlooked, but have you tried resetting your key bindings back to default and plugged your mouse/keyboard back in?
