I have some weapons that have got level 10.
ZK383 ,Lewis Gun and Type 99.
But the system did not provide me the level 10 master task.
I have repeatedly sought help from EA help but to no avail.
I cannot get in touch with the online customer service.
"Customer service does not support this issue."

That sounds incredibly frustrating. If your ZK383, Lewis Gun, and Type 99 have reached level 10 but the Mastery Assignments still haven't unlocked, it could be a progression bug. Try completing another full match with each weapon and restarting the game to force the progression system to sync. If that doesn't work, keep screenshots showing the weapon levels and missing assignments and post the issue on the EA forums. Hopefully EA can finally investigate and manually fix the missing Mastery tasks.
