3 years agoHi @Pooviee Can we try going through the following steps?
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)
- Steam - Verify in your library
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Default your game to the high-performance GPU, AMD Settings | Nvidia Settings | Windows Settings
- Guide for Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance

HI @Pooviee Can you try to put your device in a Clean Boot and then launch Battlefield? If this continues could we get a DxDiag?

HI @Pooviee To check what is the error message you are seeing? Would it be possible to get a screenshot or video of it?
Also, can we try to Install/Repair your VC++ files for Battlefield and check if the error continues?
