Can't play bf5 online

I keep getting "Server disconnected" Connection to EA online timed out, when I try to play bf5 on ps4 even though there are servers there and other players are playing.  I'm in NSW.  last week I could  play if a friend invited me but I can't do that now with out dropping out. Just about had enough, thinking it will be my last bf  game after paying  $130 and not being able to play it.

    If you've been having trouble connecting for this long we advise getting in touch with an EA Advisor at our Help site or Twitter so they can take a closer look on how your connection reaches our servers. It's unfortunate to hear all the steps here haven't been getting rid of that delay in between games. Let's get you back on the battlefield as soon as possible.
