I’m disappointed with EA's anti-cheating and its complaint detection too.

I'm a Chinese. I admit that there are many hanging brothers in China who have destroyed the balance of the game and the experience of playing, but not all Chinese have hung up. Just because I played in an Internet cafe once, or even only played the plot mode, EA immediately banned me permanently. I complained for three times, but every time I was rejected, and the English letters I racked my brains to write became waste paper. There are still many Chinese who were banned without buying a game just because they opened the VPN accelerator when they registered (there are many inevitable reasons for players to open the accelerator in China). I want to admit that I am unlucky enough to buy another one and find that I can't buy or unbind the account at all. Isn't EA's behavior Eight-Nation Alliance?💔

It is precisely because the normal complaint process can't solve this matter that I posted it on the forum simply to express my dissatisfaction. Of course, it would be better if EA decision makers saw it, but I don't expect EA to reply to me or make any changes and help me lift the ban. I only accommodated EA because many excellent games are under EA's banner, and I will never buy EA games again.
