Can't reload in Aim Practice

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to Aim Practice, shoot any weapon until empty, attempt reload.
What happens when the bug occurs? Reload animation plays but bullet count remains zero and weapon will not fire due to zero ammo
What should be happening instead? weapon should reload and show full ammo count so practice may resume.
I was using the practice area since with the new update I can now fully disable aim assist. I went to the aim practice wall. I began practice. Used AR until empty, switched to pistol and fired until empty. Then pressed reload for both weapons. Reload animation played showing that I reloaded but bullet count remained zero and weapons would not fire.
