Cant write in game chat

Hello,

I cant write in game chat my EA ID is my first name and last name 'AfikHabaz' .

The response i have received from EA Customer support is your EA ID is flagged pick another one .

They told me to create this topic here so i could get response from the teams who are responsible for the word flagging thing .
