Another good detailed report.
We had several topics about this with Chapter V where people bought a booster pack.
So good to know and thanks for warning me.
We are one month further and I think this is intentional.
Reaching level 34, have all unlocked and then fight yourself to the gold dogtag.
So the dogtag is not attached to any level.
