Cheaters?

This post buggy for anyone else?

All we can do here is suggest you report them via the proper channels. All these posts saying you keep seeing the same cheaters doesn't help anyone and just clutters the forums. They know there is a problem and are working to make sure this doesn't happen with the next title. Be sure to give the stickied post at the top of the page a read for more info

Cheating is genuinely rife right now an anyone can see. Does anyone know why posts about it are closed with a boilerplate response that they are, counter to the evidence, "on it"?

I imagine you could have a discussion on why people cheat.

The heart of cheating likely lies in the company coin. If you want better stuff you need to level your guns. If you want to level your guns you need to level your rank to get company coins. Thus there is a proprietary element to the game similar to D&D like games. You level up to get better stuff.

Cheating could become endemic simply because people feel they need to fill a quota on leveling their stuff. If they feel they got cheated out of a cap or kill they might turn cheats on to make up the difference. This then multiplies among different peoples who are filling their own quotas. Once the person has cheated they cross an ethical threshold and will likely continue to cheat even when they don't need company coins anymore. They feel like they have to have a certain "seeding", to use a sports tournament term, when they play the game. Anything lower doesn't represent what they feel should be "their seeding" relative to others. 

The whole thing is ridiculous since company coin intake or player score has priority over winning a match. 

EA 3 step on any topic that shows their incompetence. 

Step 1... Consolidate all discussion to one thread... lock all other threads. 

Step 2... Offer boilerplate: (we are aware of your concerns and take "X" matter seriously) while demonstrably doing nothing at all.

Step 3... Censor all further discussion on issue.. because they are on it like donkey-kong and have a sticky thread to prove it. 

Rinse....

Wash...

Repeat...

They ignore cheaters in BFV.

Iv linked a profile of a cheater who has been at large for 11 months, and has played 2810 games before he stopped or was banned.

And every time I make a post it gets removed.

The guy literally had 60-0 every game. I ran into him once, sat in a tank and would head shot 10 people at once with the cannon. Legit reported him every day for 3 months. Nothing.
