Class 20 Master quest is missing.

My medical, engineering, and sniper classes have all reached level 20, but I haven't gotten the corresponding "Master/Mastery quests". I used to have the same thing with my Assault class, but the customer service guy helped me get the quest back.
Can anyone here help me retrieve the "Master/Mastery quests" for the remaining 3 classes?

    @zhoutianzi10 You'd need to contact EA Help again - they should be able to help you with the missing missions.

    Ok.Thank you for your reply, the last customer service may not have played BFV, I communicated with him for about an hour, and finally he asked me to come to the forum for help. I'm going to reopen another customer service case.😢
