Class Rank 20 - No Rewards
All of my Battlefield 5 classes are level 20, and I haven't received any special missions. Therefore, I can't earn the level 20 skins.

I've create a thread for you as you'd posted it in a very old thread initially.
However, if you've double checked that they're not in the Armory waiting to be claimed, you can try the suggestions in the "Item Acquisition" section of the BFV FAQ:

However, if those do not work either, you will need to visit help.ea.com and open a support case with EA Help. The steps you would need for this are:
- Go to help.ea.com.
Search for Battlefield V.
- Choose the "I'm looking for something I earned" option.
- Select either the "Email us" or "Chat with us" option (depending on what options appear at this point).
