Summarize your bug Have maxed out support lvl 20, the mg42 keeps saying will unlock next round but has not unlocked in the last two days I saw posts saying if you report the bug EA will unlock the weapon for you, please help EA I have the stats to show rank

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Class rank is 20, weapon unlock is 20, the weapon is still locked even after hitting 20
What happens when the bug occurs? Weapon is still locked after matches
What should be happening instead? Weapon should be unlocked as it says unlocking next round but never does
