Summarize your bug I hit max level for support and can’t use the mg42
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Level up any class and before the match ends leave and it should happen
What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t use the gun I unlocked
What should be happening instead? Using the gun

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have an account hit a level where it unlocks a gun and before the match ends leave the game or disconnect and it should happen
What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t use the weapon I unlocked
What should be happening instead? I should be mowing down people with the mg42

    Hey everyone!

    We are aware of this issue and looking into the problem, not ETA for fix.

      Im also stuck at level 20 with no Thompson on support!, i also want the kar98 but if this happens again that will be very frustrating.

      i was so excited too :/

        I had get level 20 with medic but I cant unlock Thompson (m1928)

      Some users reported a code generated by EA that fixes this for the specific accounts.

      As you guys don't have an ETA this can really * the progression of the game for some people, would be nice to have more interaction with the customers on that regard.

      I have this issue too and I hate to be that guy... but this has been a known issue. The fact that this bug made it to release, let alone is STILL a problem 6 months later is pretty ridiculous...
