Company Coins not entering Company Coin wallet when leveling up.
I've been playing Battlefield 5 for the first time and whenever I level up in game I should be getting 500CC up to level 20 where it becomes 1000CC. but whenever I level up I'm not acquiring the coins. I'm level 18 and missing about 9000CC in total. the only way I can get CC is doing challenges and tides of war. From what I've seen this is a know issue dating back to the beginning of the games life cycle and Dice just never bothered fixing the problem, it was recommended to contact EA support so they can fix the issue and reimburse the Company Coins. so I've Spent 2 painful session with EA support trying to fix this. First time they said it wasn't happening, second time they acknowledged what was happening and said they couldn't do anything about it. so I'm stuck and don't have a clue what to do is there some other help I should be contacting or what? this is a really big problem as Company Coins are really important for gun specializations, vehicles and customization. I have no clue what to due and I need help.
- Hi @LordChedson Sorry to say that there is indeed a bug seemingly tied to the Definitive edition of the game. Usually when you reach player rank 21+ you'll start to receive the level up CC.
In the meantime all you can really do is earn CC through the weekly and daily missions, completing each difficulty level of Combined Arms, and being careful with spending it.
