Company coins not receiving in leveling and mission

I'm not getting any company coins for completing missions or leveling up in Battlefield 5, even when missions and events are completed. Help!!!! Hope someone help me with this please im currently lev...

    @holylisa You should be earning Company Coin from the weekly and daily missions still, and if you bought the Definitive Edition then the rank rewards should begin to kick in until after rank 21.

Hello @holylisa,

It's a bug that's been around for a very very long time. You have to contact EA Support every time the game doesn't give you your company coin on level up. They're supposed to add them to your account.

    @danisoff oh really why didnt they fix it?
    also i have to wait for very long until they connect to me at case information page ?

      I don't know why they did not fix it.

      You can use the chat option to contact an EA advisor, they will respond in a few minutes.
