    Hey @Ussin. 

    When you've got a chance please reach out to the EA Help website so they can pull up your account and take a look. They should be able to help with the missing rank unlocks. 

    You can find more information on how to set up a case with them over at the EA Help website. If you'd rather you can also contact them via Twitter or Facebook. The team who works on those channels should also be able to help with this.

    @EA_Kent Hiya.

    So I got the issue where I did not get the throwing knife unlocked correctly as I leveled to 9 Recon. Am now level 13 or 14. I did as you suggested, but the support staff received a bug when attempting to correct it. Likely the API does not consider an item with different names across different factions- like the throwing knife being called a kunai in the Japanese.

    After several tries with support, I ended up getting the Kunai unlocked, but no other faction has the Throwing Knife unlocked and their program throws an error. Hopefully this is useful information for you. :-)
