Ah sorry for that, when I went to the contact link earlier it only showed this forum for help, so I thought the file had to go here. That was dumb. I will try to contact them via chat tomorrow, thanks for the heads up for now. Also, I reinstalled Origin, it did not change anything.

I would try contacting your ISP as well, to see if there's any conflicting issues.
