Gotcha, thanks for giving it a shot.
Just to confirm, it only happens while the controller is actually connected? If it's not plugged in or paired via Bluetooth your mouse works normally in BFV?

It sounds like the driver for that USB adapter may have made a change to the way the PC handles inputs coming from the controller and mouse. Unfortunately I don't know of a way to adjust that manually.Removing the driver or going back to a previous system restore point may help stop it from happening, but otherwise it might be best to disconnect the controller before you fire up BFV so that you can use the mouse without any issues.

Sounds like a registry file might of been changed by using the usb adapter.
No idea how you would find which one though, if that is the case.
