Couldn't place spawn beacon even though it was white (not red)

Platform:Sony Playstation 4

Summarize your bug Was trying to place Spawn Beacon on even ground - in bounds and it was showing that I was allowed to place it. BUT it wouldn't go down.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play Recon on Fjel maybe?
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't place spawn beacon even though it says I should be able to.
What should be happening instead? Place beacon.

    From Feb 12 update: "Greatly improved the detection areas of where players are allowed to deploy Spawn Beacons."

    It maybe that the sector had changed thus restricting the beacon placement.

    No as we were defending and we didn't lose a sector at all during the whole match.
