Hi guys , Maybe that’not the most important question but I was wondering why in Character selection the English region gots 20 characters to choose what cosmetic to wear and the Germans are only 10 characters ? , also like Americans and Japanese soldiers are only 5 to choose ..
Battlefield is very good about keeping the game realistic. There are probably less outfits for Germany, Japan, and the United States, because they might not had actually worn a lot of different outfits during the actual war. Also, there probably weren’t a large variety of outfits, so I think that Battlefield has done a great job with this so far.
I also think that's a point. I don't really know why the devs didn't imply more charakter Models, even in the war Stories, there are at some points even multiplayer models used!! That's pretty lazy in my opinion. But my biggest problem is, that you can play with japanese Characters(Elite) in Europe and the other way around too. Very unrealistic and scratches the Atmosphere in my opinion.
Maybe (don't know for sure .)
UK armed forces= English, Irish, Welsh, Scot, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, South Africa, India, Pakistan, Hongkong, Burmese, Nepalese- each with differing uniforms
Japan= Japanese - pretty much same uniform for entire war
Germany= Germany and Italy and maybe some Russian units whom were anti Communist (like Cossacks)- several specialist uniforms
USA= USA and Native American's- a few uniforms based on terrain.
