From my side i would say that won't happen to be seen for BFV. And guess not that soon for the gaming industry at all.
Btw, you gave yourself a part of the answer already. 😉 Firs of all, the different Hz rate that the Platforms can offer. And yea, PC players would probably destroy the Console players because it's way easier to Aim and handle some of your movements at all. (if you play on PC since a while)
The other side will might be the connection itself from one Platform to each other, how Sony/Microsoft/EA(Origin) would handle that.
