Hello EA Support,
I am writing to appeal the ban placed on my account due to cheating activities in Battlefield V.
My account was compromised by an unknown party, and I have since recovered it. After regaining access, I noticed suspicious activity and realized that cheats had been used while the account was out of my control.
I take fair play very seriously and would never intentionally use any cheats or third-party software. I have already taken steps to secure my account, including changing my password and enabling two-factor authentication.
I kindly request that you re-investigate this case, as I am not responsible for the actions taken while my account was hacked.

I'm sorry but it's not possible to appeal a ban on these forums. You can make an appeals to EA's Terms of Service team though, and the guide below should help with the process (it also has some information about compromised accounts):
