Dead Eye not being awarded

Summarize your bug I earned the Dead Eye achievement this week. I did it twice in 2 different game modes yet it still doesn't register as completed on the weekly menu.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unlock weekly point to where you are at Dead Eye. Complete 2 headshots. It doesn't give credit.
What happens when the bug occurs? Not getting credit for Dead Eye
What should be happening instead? I should get Dead Eye completion

    I have this exact problem too. I also have completed this several times but can't get past it due to it "NOT TRACKING" correctly. The assignment has been set incorrectly. It seems you must get 2 headshots in one single life and NOT in a round as worded in the task for "Dead Eye". EA/Dice please fix this A.S.A.P. so we can get our Fire Axe reward and finish the weekly TOW assignment.

    Hello, when i done 2 head shot kills in 1 live and not in 1 round the "Dead Eye" was done successfully.

    I keep doing the dead eye challenge but every time I get a headshot kill it just says 1 out of 2 but I’ll have gotten 4 headshots in one life. I really really dislike firestorm so the only way I can get the fire axe reward is by the path that includes dead eye, but it doesn’t register☹️ -BuildWorm67; PS4

    Same problem. Playing in conquest mode. It always counts my first headshot kill, but no matter how many I get after that it never credits the second one.

    I had the same Problem, only the first Headshot was counted, but may have found a workaround. After disabling Cloud-Sync and playing just the game suggested in the ToW-Overview for 'Dead Eye' (Breakthrough), I finally earned the reward for 'dead eye'.

    Confirmed it worked for me in Breakthrough mode. Did not have to disable cloud-sync. Thanks!
