@sovietrex66 I don't know how to do it, but I'd love to do it too. You mean reset rank for example and all weapons so you start from 0? I'm level 500. I know why you want to do this because you have a low K/D and you know you're playing better now and would have a much higher K/D right? I only have a K/D of 2.1 overall, and in real matches I have scores of 50-10, so currently my real K/D would be between 4 and 5. I'm hooking up, I'd like to reset my progress myself? Honestly, I don't think it can be done, certainly not from the user level. In my opinion, you have two options, create a new account on the EA app and buy the game for a new one, or write to support. In my opinion, the only working way is to create a new account and buy the game again.
