Deploy issue, Can't spawn.

Summarize your bug There is a problem with Deploy button. If all my squad mates dies and I'm ready to deploy I can't because of this bug. I can't deploy in random spot. I have to wait till one of my squad mates respawn so either I can respawn on him or random. Also sometimes when my squad mates are alive and not under fire I can't deploy as well from menu once after I die. I have to go back to map overwiev and than select mate I want to spawn on. It happens in Domination, TDM, Frontlines, probably other game modes as well I just don't play them. Usually if I make new squad and play "alone" than I have no problem to respawn, but with squad it's not always work. It's not happen always, sometimes everytime I want to deploy, than like 50-50.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't really know how, it's a bit random but happen at last once per map I play. It's not only me because friends I play with have same issue as well from time to time, just like me.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't respawn by pressing deploy button.
What should be happening instead? Just respawn me in random location or on my squad mate.
