Did EA/DICE forgot or forget bf5 hackers?

So now/all  the time, very big problem is cheaters. The only answer we get is report them. Well its been 2 month i am repording a full cheater and he still playing. (Everyround he have 100/0 ) :O
Very tired to play this game with "SMall pipi hackers", bf5 is very nice game and i love this. Do i rly need to stop playing this game ? :O 

**Solution a nice fix**
Maybe start recruiting bf5 admins who deal with those problems. It will help us a lot. 
Stop saying keep repording.
