Did I send help request or not? I do not recieve automated confirmation mail
Hello,
I have an issue with the game assignments, and tried contacting ea help through the help site https://help.ea.com/en/help-top-issues/?product=battlefield-v
But after filling the contact form the site reloads like everything is ok - I check the mails, I got no confirmation mail that I've sent a request. Found one topic for live chat contact instead of mail - same issue, I fill the form, the site reloads and nothing. no chat on site and no confirmation mail or anything.
Is this intended or should I get instant confirmation email for my ticket.?
(also in ea help site in My Cases, there is also nothing there.

- @stagethemage It sounds to me like no case has been created so it'd probably be worth giving it another try. In case it helps, as I've seen people be caught out by this recently, if the option the site shows you is live chat, keep the window open after entering the details. It seems that the window needs to be open for the chat to initiate when picked up by an advisor.
