Receive the Battlefield V rewardWhen I opened Battlefield V for the first time I got an option to choose between several different outfits as a veteran reward. When I later went to check out my new fresh outfits in my closet ("your company") there was no veteran outfits to be found!I contacted the EA support and they redirected me to this forum and said there was nothing they could do at their end. they said it was a problem they have encountered many times and will probably be fixed by the developers shortly if contacted via forum.Salute!

The outfit is for 1 faction only, if you've picked Axis outfit, you can't have it as Allies and vice versa. Try changing the faction and look there.

I did not get this Dog Tag and Support also deny any help about. It is really a shame that i give this company a last chance to bring me an enjoyable game back. But Bugs and incompetent support domenationg still like it was when i left this company since Battlefield 3.

The mystery/problem was that I could select my veteran reward (one outfit, I think) but did not receive it under my company -> appearances.It is many amongs the community that have had the same problem. People with different editions.

There is a Veteran dog tag if you owned more than 1 Battlefield title prior to the official launch of Battlefield V. You can find this under your profile when you visit dog tags. The outfits are issued by pre-ordering the game and by owning the Deluxe Edition.

I've owned battlefield BC2. 3, & 4 on Xbox. This is my first origin game on pc but the accounts on my EA profile say they're linked. Any reason I'm not getting veteran rewards? I suppose I can just try and contact support...

I heard from my friend that bought the same edition at the same store on the same date that he recieved the outfit he selected.

For something like this it will be best to contact our Live-Support team so they can verify if the account you play on is the same account that you've been playing past Battlefield tiles on as well.
