Didn't receive rank-up items
Hey guys, I play BF5 since the maximum rank was a level 50 but after the update I passed lvl50 and I didn't receive items such as the Gale face paint, not sure what else I missed. I can't go back on the level line so I can't really do much.
- Hi @Jintaxx Have you checked the Armory in case you just need to claim them?
If you have and it's not there, you might be able to get them to show up by playing another round and staying on the same server until the next match begins. If all else fails then you can also contact EA Help through the links below.
