Difficulty spawning into vehicles at start of round.

Summarize your bug At the start of round when you try to spawn into a vehicle often the game will not allow you to spawn. Often you end up losing the vehicle as the only method currently to get to spawn in is to leave the spawn and go back to it but if other players are also trying to get the vehicle while you are still trying to it you lose it to another player.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? At the beginning of a round wait until vehicles become spawnable. Try to spawn into the vehicle. You have to sometimes quickly go from the vehicle to the base deployment and then back to the vehicle several times to try and spawn into it.
What happens when the bug occurs? When you try to spawn into the vehicle the game does not let you spawn in even after constantly trying to hit the X button.
What should be happening instead? As soon as it becomes selectable you should be able to just spawn in with no delay.
The game does not provide any error messages when trying to spawn however the game fails to let you spawn into the vehicle. This to my knowledge only occurs for the first time a vehicle is selectable at a spawn point. After that when it becomes available again you do not have issues.
This occurs in all game modes.
