If you are all still experiencing this can you attach an updated DxDiag if you haven't already? The team was able to implement a fix through testing, but in some cases the fixes may not work on live servers. The DxDiag will help our teams out tremendously, thank you!

It looks like the team attempted to fix this in the latest update and it didn't stick for AMD users based off the reports we have so far. It's still being investigated.
Are you able to update to the latest build of Windows 10? Search "Windows Updates" in your desktop search bar. Hopefully that can get around this for you.

When you log into the game with dx12 and lets say want to customize a weapon, you can't see what you're doing because it's to dark.
However if you join a server, i join a conquest server, and click on the weapon at the bottom of the screen and customize it, then it works just fine and you can see it.
Maybe you can see there what the difference is.
Regarding my windows it is windows 10 pro upgraded updated version 1803.
If you want me to upgrade to the Windows 10 October 2018 Update "1809" i think it is, then i am not very happy to do that since it still mess up a lot it seems.
