Summarize your bug All weapons and characters are fully dark while customising. This was also happening before the latest update but it's worse now. I've attached a screenshot with what it looks like now. It only seems to happen when DX12 is turned on. All other video settings do not make a difference.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? AMD GPU with DX12 turned on
What happens when the bug occurs? My company is unusable since it's too dark
What should be happening instead? It shouldn't be dark
The my company menu is too dark to be usable. This only happens in the main menu, when I'm in-game this doesn't seem to be an issue.
I've attached a screenshot what it looks like plus my dxdiag.txt.

This was brought up on the Battlefield V subreddit and the Battlefield Community Manager mentioned this below:
We're tracking this and will hopefully add this to Trello with some detail tomorrow. For now, I'm told that turning off DX12 helps with the issue, but I get totally how annoying it would be.
Problem still exists after The Pacific update.
DX12 + AMD GPU (RX480 in my case) = dark customization menu.
Switching to DX11 is not a good workaround because it turns the character hair transparent...

Me to, it's funny when I had GeForce cards it worked fine, But as soon as I got my radeon 580 I get the same black image, Keep complaining and they will do somthing
