Disconnection of input that occurs while playing BFV
Hello. The item I would like to discuss is as the title suggests. I've been suffering from this problem for three months, and what triggered it happened three weeks after I moved my main platform to Steam. My input would get disconnected while playing. I'll show you an example of this and a video of it happening.
- When there is one input and everything disconnects
When I'm walking (https://youtu.be/r49YiUT26uw) W key only
When shooting (https://youtu.be/khHKTBaSqyw) left click only
- When there are two inputs and one or all of them are disconnected
When shooting while looking in (https://youtu.be/6HQDuI77Onc) right click and left click
When dashing (https://youtu.be/gI7uW4Yo2WU) W key and Shift key
Bending over while walking (https://youtu.be/s_r3RXpVy-E) W and Ctrl keys
While walking and shooting (https://youtu.be/2D0mk84vj2E) W key and left click
- When you have four inputs and some or all of them are cut off
When walking and jumping and shooting ADS (https://youtu.be/-wd9y7smHMg)
In addition to these patterns, I use many different keys at the same time while playing, so inevitably this disconnect happens at least once every 10 seconds. This problem is very stressful, but I couldn't find any particular problem on the Internet, so I tried to find a solution in my own way. I tried the following methods.
First, software problem
At first I thought it was a software issue, so I uninstalled BFV and tried to recover, but it didn't help. I installed Steam and Origin versions of the game, and the problem still occurred on both platforms. Next, I updated and reinstalled the CPU, GPU and other chipset drivers, but the situation remained the same. I also thought it was an OS issue, so I booted into Windows 7/Windows 10/Windows 11 and the same problem occurred. The only temporary solution I found was to install Windows 11 directly as a developer ISO. However, this method only works when BFV is installed, and the same problem appears when I reboot.
Second, hardware issues
First of all, I tried to solve the problem by changing the position of the USB port where the keyboard and mouse are connected, but failed. I also tried to use the PS/2 port instead of the USB port, but that failed. What proves that the keyboard and mouse are not broken is that other FPS games (Apex Legends, Titan Fall2) do not have the same problem.
We considered the possibility that the problem was caused by poor latency due to the poor health of the installed disk, but the diagnosis was fine and the fact that the problem did not occur in other games is the best proof.
Third, a configuration problem.
This problem occurs no matter what the resolution is, even if the quality setting is set to performance first.
I tried to figure out the cause in my own way, but the result was not much different. This problem also occurs in other BF series. I'm really looking for a solution to this problem.
I would really appreciate it if you could give me a solution. Thank you very much.
I am not good at English, so I am using a translator. I'm sorry if this is difficult to understand.

it is or was a problem with Origin and Windows 11. I had the same issues months ago. With the EA Desktop App which is in beta i had no problems. Last tested with latest Win 11 Dev. from September
