DLC EA/ Steam / EA Play

So i own Battlefield V on EA, but recently i started using EA Play thru steam to play 2042 and i wanna go back to V but , now. I have the Year 1 CatchUp back on EA and was wondering if it would transfer over to the steam version of the game. I dont have it installed thru EA currently. before i decide which platform i wanna play it on, i wanna know if ill have my stuff. i know my account as in stats and acc itsself will obviously but i just wanna know about the DLC aspect of the game .
