@NightKnight2582 You still need to unlock the rank weapons/vehicles, they are not rewarded without playing.
None of your pictures show the past ToW reward weapons selected, so I can not deduct what is going on there.
I see the Boys on your Recon weapon list, 4th from the bottom on the Recon weapon photo.
Is the issue that they are still "grayed" out?
And they have a Company Coin cost associated with them still?
This exact issue occured for me as well.
After buying bf 5 year 2 edition on the playstation Store, i received some of the skins included but not all of the weapons. They still cost me company coins. I thought all of the dlc weapons were part of the year 2 edition, or is that not correct?
From my understanding, you should not have to pay CC for them to be unlocked if you purchased the Year 2 edition.
Contact EA Help and tell them you did not receive what you paid for.
Do not let them tell you they can not do anything either, if they do, tell them that if they are unwilling to/can not help you, to connect you to someone that will/can.
