Doppel-Schuss flares counts not for flare destroyed when shooting them

Summarize your bug Shooting flares does not give points and flare destroyed. See video. It could be by design but for me it's confusing. Especially with the new weekly mission to destroy flares. I think they are from Doppel-Schuss (Recon) and due to this not counted. I played outpost but had this as well in conquest. Unfortunately Outpost is still not added to this form: (https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/Requesting-to-add-outpost-as-game-mode-on-bug-report-form/m-p/8970554#M26818)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Shooting flares and as advice test it with Doppel Schuss
What happens when the bug occurs? Flare destroyed, no points or counting
What should be happening instead? Would have 50 XP for it. Spotting flare destroyed

So I assume this is not by design. If the gun is different and this happens as intended it would be better to give it another colour.
