Dynamic Enemy Health Bar Info After Death

In previous Battlefields, you get to the know the enemy's static health at the moment you were killed. However, how about also including info on the enemy's dynamic health while you wait for a revive? So, the bar will show a solid health showing the enemy's health at the time he/she killed you, but also show you the enemy's changing current health with a less opaque bar overlapping the static bar, or something similar in that vein.

Why is this useful? Maybe the enemy killed you at say 5 HP, but has healed to 100 HP so you don't tell your solo teammate to go after an "easy kill" 5 HP enemy. I always wanted that info in BF4 and BF1. I'm not sure if that's the direction that BFV wants to go, since it seems like the developers want the game to be more gritty and with info that's only known as if you were there (e.g. limited 3D spotting; attrition). Thoughts?

  • @SterlingARCH3R,

I see where you're going with this, and I think it would be a pretty cool concept.

It would definitely be interesting to see this incorporated into the game somehow.

    Keep the ideas coming! 🙂

  • I've often thought it would be good to know but just out of interest really rather than as a tactical advantage. As far as tactics are concerned though, I think they should limit the information you can get when dying/dead rather than adding more. Knowing where they are and already having some idea of how much health they have is big enough advantage as it is.
