I have acquired 12 months of EA ACCESS in order to play BATTLEFIELD V. When entering the game, the main menu detects me as a "Trial player" and does not allow me to play in any way from an account other than the one acquired by EA ACCESS. (Gt: Lil Bun)

Hi @Bollitoouwu. Are you trying to play Battlefield V on a different account other than the one where you've signed up for an EA Access membership? If you're playing on that account it isn't saying that you're a trial user?

Hi @EA_Kent That's right, I try to play in a different account with which I have acquired a 12-month membership (Gt: A A Z Rz) in any other account it is impossible for me to enter multiplayer mode. with any other account the game recognizes me as a trial player. In the original account (A A Z Rz) the game allows me to play normally in all game modes.

Gotcha. Have you tried removing that other Gamertag from your Xbox and re-adding it to see if that helps?

@EA_Kent My friend purchased a 6 month sub of game pass ultimate which includes EA access for free. He wanted to download Battlefield V and play with me. He is using the account with the subscription and it recognizes him as a trial player when he tries to join. I own the game through disc on Xbox one but I upgraded to a Xbox Series S and I dont own the digital and it allows me to play multiplayer just fine.
