Hi @Bollitoouwu. Are you trying to play Battlefield V on a different account other than the one where you've signed up for an EA Access membership? If you're playing on that account it isn't saying that you're a trial user?

Hi @EA_Kent That's right, I try to play in a different account with which I have acquired a 12-month membership (Gt: A A Z Rz) in any other account it is impossible for me to enter multiplayer mode. with any other account the game recognizes me as a trial player. In the original account (A A Z Rz) the game allows me to play normally in all game modes.

Gotcha. Have you tried removing that other Gamertag from your Xbox and re-adding it to see if that helps?

That's right, I've tried it, I already formatted the console 2 times. I called Microsoft to remove the BTF V licenses and none of that worked

Can we try removing this Xbox as your main account's home console to see if that helps? We've heard from a few people who have said they were no longer stuck as a Trial user after that.
Open up your Xbox Settings > Personalisation > My Home Xbox > Change from Home Xbox to Not Home Xbox. If you've ever game-shared with that account reach out to your friends and make sure their console isn't set as the Home Xbox for your account. After that try launching Battlefield V again and see if you have access to the full game.
If that works you should be able to set your console back to your Home Xbox on your main account.
