EA-Anticheat tool isn't answering while update

Hello!

Trying to update EA-Anticheat via EAAntiCheat.Installer.Tool.
Starting this with admin rights, utility isn't answering after pressing "Update"

Secure boot is enabled, win 11 25H2 26200.7462
I can send any logs, if it needed.
