EA App isn't that good

So yesterday I checked my BFV hours and it was 499h and 54mins. So I went playing it for 2 hours, shut the game and saw that my some of played hours had just vanished. 40 hours missing so now currently EA app shows 461 hours... How can this happen? I didn't even see a message of corrupted cloud saves...
