Same problem here, started a few weeks ago. Really frustrating. Restarting the focusrite by reconnecting, makes BF crash a minute after.
Changing the buffer size helps sometimes, but it will cause crackling.
The workaround to shut down the EA Javelin process has been probably patched and doesn't work anymore so there are only 2 options now
1. Uninstall the driver and use the basic Windows audio driver
2. Change the sampling rate after the sound cuts out: from Control Center you switch to 44kHz and back to 48kHz, you will get the sound back but you will not have a functioning VOIP in the game this way.
EA is very aggressive with the anticheat , it does anything but to stop cheaters that spoil the game for everybody, still the same fast moving people, all sever players kill command and even server crash.
Adrenalin Driver from AMD is also not able to gather FPS numbers because of the anticheat system.
