Give it up, I just reinstalled after years to check I don't have a degenerative neurological condition having tried to play 2042 and getting 7% accuracy. Seems I don't as I can hit and kill in 5.
2 rounds, 2 hackers dominating the servers and making it unplayable. The non-hacking team cannot stand against one player as the tickets just get wittled down.
They don't attempt to hide it, no normal play can have a 135/17 k/d.
EA don't care, it is corporate policy to abandoned any active cheat management as soon as the next game comes out.
They keep it up to maximise the revenue stream from late to the party players and spend little if none of it on cheat prevention.

I only ever buy BF games on maximum sale years after they have been released, only reason I have 2042 is it is so heavily discounted it is practically GOTY now from the hate it gets.
If you want to play a BF after the development has finished you have to accept hackers or just move on.
It takes 3 hours to downlaod and I uninstall after 2 rounds.
