EA won't Launch BFV after BF6 is installed on my PC

Just some background infomation:

I have 2 copies of BFV, one on steam and one on EA app. I mainly played the EA app (Origin) since the game came out, and when I saw the massive discount on BFV on steam, I bought a second copy. Game has been launching fine, since I only had the EA app version installed. 

Here's how the fun part started. I linked my steam account to EA just to get the Alpha/Beta access to BF6, which I purchase later when BF6 came out on steam. I installed BF6 from steam and played a lot. I haven't played BFV for a while and today when I tried to launch the game, it is saying I have to go to steam to launch it. I'm assuming EA app is detecting games in steam library first because there is NO OPTION to launch BFV from EA app itself although I have the copy of the game in EA Library.

Man I tried EVERYTHING. Uninstall, reinstall, clear cache, restart, registries... Now I'm frustrated with two copies of the same game that won't launch in either platform, and one of the method was to unlink steam from EA, which got me banned for the next 6 months to link it again.
