Battlefield V – Armory not working for months
Hello EA Support team, I would like to report an ongoing issue with the Armory in Battlefield V. For couple of months and maybe even half a year now, the Armory has not been functioning properly — it no longer provides any weekly bundles, skins, or featured offers, even though this feature used to work consistently before. I completely understand that Battlefield V is no longer receiving new content updates from DICE or EA Games, but the Armory system was a core and working feature of the game, and it should still be maintained. Players are still purchasing Battlefield V and additional content, and the servers remain active, which clearly shows there is still a dedicated and active community supporting the game. Not long ago, there was also an issue where the community servers were not working properly, and that problem was eventually fixed — which proves that there are still people maintaining the backend and keeping the game functional. We hope that the same kind of maintenance can be done for the Armory system as well. As large and successful companies, DICE and EA Games have the responsibility to ensure that existing features, especially those that were part of the original paid product, continue to function properly. Even if no new content is being developed, basic maintenance and functionality of in-game systems like the Armory should still be supported — particularly since the game is still available for sale and players continue to spend money on it. At the moment, the Armory in Battlefield V only displays a static screen with the message “NO SHIPMENTS AVAILABLE” (as shown in the attached screenshot). It no longer provides any bundles, shipments, or weekly items, confirming that the feature is completely non-functional. This issue has persisted for several months and continues to affect many active players who still enjoy and support the game. In the name of Battlefield V players and myself, I kindly ask you to look into this problem. Please investigate this issue or escalate it to the appropriate team within EA or DICE. Restoring the Armory’s functionality would mean a lot to the Battlefield community and show that EA and DICE still care about maintaining the integrity of their games. Thank you for your time and understanding. Best regards, BF V1.2KViews19likes50CommentsAMD Radeon Driver Version 0.0.0.
Hello I would like to summarize all the steps I have taken regarding the Battlefield V driver issue. Since the last time I was able to play Battlefield V successfully, I have not made any hardware changes or installed any new software. The only regular change I make is updating my AMD drivers to the latest version. Here are the troubleshooting steps I have completed Used Display Driver Uninstaller DDU in Safe Mode to fully remove AMD drivers and performed a clean installation Installed multiple AMD driver versions including the latest and several older stable versions Verified game files through Steam and the EA App Completely reinstalled Battlefield V Edited the device driver version in the Windows registry as suggested in community forums Forced the game to use the dedicated GPU Checked Windows updates and the system is fully updated Restarted EA App and Steam multiple times and cleared cache Ran the game as Administrator Disabled overlays including EA Steam and AMD Adrenalin Checked BIOS graphics related settings Despite completing all these steps the same driver error still appears and the game does not launch. I have invested over 200 hours into this game and spent money on in game content so it is very frustrating that I cannot access it anymore. I also noticed that many other users are reporting the same issue online so it does not seem to be an isolated case. I would appreciate further investigation into this issue. I play Battlefield V on Xbox Series S and everytime I play the game, it runs fine. Everything's fine. Until recently my game started to crash more and more recently that it even crashes not even a second I loaded into the menu. It became very frustrating that I had to uninstall and reinstall the game and even deleting my local saved data from my console only and restarting my console and still crashes. Why is the game doing this and how do I fix this? I know it's not probably a hardware issue since every other game I run seems fine and perfectly. It's only Battlefield V it keeps crashing and I really don't wanna complain here in the first place but I want to know a way to fix this issue.33Views0likes2CommentsBattle Field V error
Battlefield V crashes consistently when Armory or Community Server finishes loading. The game freezes and crashes exactly at the moment when my personal loadout data is applied. This happens only online and is tied to my account. Local reinstall, cache clear, driver reset did not help. I suspect account-side loadout data corruption. How to fix this? I recall that back when I was using Origin, I was able to resolve a similar issue by disabling the cloud save service. And Single-player mode works normally.38Views0likes1CommentHS-QUARTZ (GODS clan)
Good evening all, Firstly I want to start by acknowledging this thread will either be locked or deleted, that's fine. Over the past 3 years Band of Brothers' (BoB) image has been getting publicly berated by one clan, and more specifically one person who is called HS-QUARTZ. You have no doubt seen him posting countless messages on this very forum, and other platforms. I'd like to share with you our experience with HS-QUARTZ, why he has this 'vendetta' and the lengths he has went in order to try and destroy our community which has resulted in his account being permanently banned by EA. It started in 2024 I believe, his clan [GODS] where entering multiple servers, not just our own and completely unbalancing every game they joined. They were stacking with up to 8 members at points, seen below. We gave them multiple warnings to stop as they were taking advantage of players who just wanted to play casually and have fun and completely ruining the game for them. This eventually led to a ban from all community servers which we operated at the time. This then sparked a multi-year vendetta and aggressive tirade by HS-QUARTZ, trying to discredit our reputation and claiming we were breaking the law and all sorts. You can see some of the disgusting messages which I will censor below. The best part is the recent ban wave, where he claims his account was 'falsely banned'. It's strange that while most legitimate players were eventually unbanned after their appeal, his appeal was rejected and he remains banned. Now I can only speculate why this happened, but I have a pretty good idea. Now this is his Discord account, I will censor the name as I don't want to divulge his usernames that he uses on other platforms but you will be able to see the first and last character What this guy ended up doing was paying and using the most destructive cheat client ever to come out for Battlefield V named S5HX. He used this cheat client in an attempt to use a server crash feature which it had in order to crash our servers. I find it hilarious he pretends to be this white knight in shining armor, but he's actually just a toxic, lowly cheater. Unlike QUARTZ, I will actually post proof. Here you can see the same user @r***l admitting to 'testing' the most destructive cheat client in BFV history. You can also see him using the same expletives as HS-QUARTZ does in the BFV in-game messages (jre***ds) with the j in front. I would like to request for this dirtbag to be banned from EA forums, as he is clearly a dangerous personality and is already banned in-game. There is no reason for him to need to post anything to do with Battlefield V on these forums considering he is banned. To EA team, sorry I had to post content like this but it really is getting beyond a joke now. I wanted to also show the wider BF community just exactly who this dangerous person is. Thank you for reading.93Views3likes0Comments[xbox] Battlefieldv servers disconnecting when full. Video proof.
Update problem is still happening 01/02/2026 as the title says, when playing battlefield v on xbox the game servers randomly disconnect when full or partially full, with the error " the game session is no longer available" This then effects other Battlefield V Game servers like Team Deathmatch shutting down at the same time. Battlefield V needs server maintenaince and that should FIX the ISSUE. Video of proof of game shutting down when active video below: https://youtu.be/ZougL64I_pk?si=z6MZ3gZY-FVQb9-5 When I try to rejoin the same server that just crashed as shown in Video it says the following Error : Also Platoon tags are Not always showing on players, Most of the time nobody gets platoon tags next to their name: I believe this is becuse the game servers are needing some maintenaince and is all linked with the game servers crashing. Below images of Platoon tags not showing on players.650Views0likes6CommentsBattlefield V featured armory not working
Hello EA/DICE team, the Featured Armory in Battlefield V is confirmed to be completely non-functional, having been stuck on a static "No Shipments Available" screen for several months. This backend failure has prevented the usual automatic rotation of holiday-themed content, meaning Halloween and Christmas bundles have not returned for the 2025 season. Widespread Backend Issue: The problem is a global server-side glitch affecting all platforms (PC, Xbox, PlayStation). Holiday Bundles: Historically, bundles like the Halloween and Holiday packs required an active server-side refresh to appear. Because this system is currently broken, these specific limited-time bundles cannot be accessed or purchased. In the name of Battlefield V players and myself, I kindly ask you to look into this problem Please investigate this issue or escalate it to the appropriate team within EA or DICE. Restoring the Armory’s functionality would mean a lot to the Battlefield community and show that EA and DICE still care about maintaining the integrity of their games.
