Battlefield V Game Server Connection Problems
I am having a very frustrating problem playing Battlefield V in that I am unable to connect to the Asian servers with the DICE logo. This was very frustrating for me because I had been able to join and play these servers before. For this reason, I tried many solutions. 1. I checked my computer's network settings and reset my Windows system; 2. uninstalled and reinstalled the game, thinking that maybe the game files were corrupted; 3. replaced the router and even switched to a new ISP. Surprisingly, none of these methods worked. I even went as far as getting a new computer to completely fix the problem, but the problem persisted. I contacted EAHELP and they said everything is fine with my account. Now I'm really confused and don't know what else to do. I want to enjoy the game on the server like I used to. I really hope I can find a solution soon. I would appreciate any help or advice on how to fix this problem!
I got same error after doing what is said in help
the error is: battlefield 5 this software canot be used at the same time as the game. please make sure its not running, or restart your pc. i restarted pc, closed ea app and turned back, done the thing in help of ea, verified game files on steam and still nothing, idk what to do, please help me.
Battlefield 5 cloud save issues
I played for more than 8 hours once, and then the game suddenly crashed (returned to the Windows desktop instantly, abnormal exit from the game), which caused problems with the game save file, and then caused problems with the cloud save file (cloud storage does not check whether there is a problem with the save file, it only synchronizes), and then I corrected the local save file, but the cloud save file could not be corrected, and EA-APP did not have the function of managing cloud storage, which caused a 10600 error message every time I started the game. In fact, this problem is very simple. Just delete the cloud save file and synchronize it from the local save file once, but it still cannot be solved. (Including but not limited to completely deleting the local save file, downloading origin, etc.). What should I do?
PS4 Controller not working on PC since anti-cheat update
Hey! I was wondering if anyone had any advice on getting my PS4 controller to work on PC BF5 for flying planes since DS4 is now banned on the new-ish anti cheat. I've tested the controller on other games and on gamepadtester.com so it is definitely working. I own the game on EA App so I can't use steam's big picture mode which is what other people have previously recommended. I've tried to add both bf5 and EA app as non-steam games but that doesn't work either. I'm on latest version of Win10, but my friend on Win11 tried as well and it didn't work for him either. Any help is massively appreciated. Thanks :)
