Fails to load next map on battlefield v

Summarize your bug In the transition from one round to the next the map fails to load. In conquest the old map continues endlessly with two v symbols spinning in top right of map. In grand operations the screen remains black and the intro text for the next day fails to load. It seems to be getting worse and is happening almost every game now. It is also happening to my squad mates as well so it is not a internet issue.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a few rounds on a Xbox, PS4 or PC as I have seen reports on all platforms.
What happens when the bug occurs? The next map or day fails to load and you have to force quite the game back to dashboard and restart the game fresh to que up again and get back into a game.
What should be happening instead? You should automatically progress to the next round or day and be kept with your squad.

Great game - we can all tell you guys have worked super hard on this one - the moment to moment gameplay is excellent and well refined.

this bug is a downer though because it breaks the flow and is very disruptive for squad play and ruins progression in grand operations - nothing worse than pushing through a grand op day only to be kicked between rounds 

Please help!
